This policy explains how Abundant Advantages Pty Ltd (ABN 37691717727), trading as Loot Digital Products (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit lootdigitalproducts.com and our other websites: elenasloane.com and digitalfrontierdaily.com, buy from us, join our email list or contact us.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you live in the UK or European Union, the extra rights in the section “If you’re in the UK or EU” also apply to you.

What we collect

Contact details: your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it to us.

Purchase details: what you bought, when, the amount paid and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Account details: your login and activity in our members portal.

Messages: what you send us by email, through our website chat, or in comments and direct messages on our social media pages.

Website and advertising data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar tools.

How we collect it

We collect it directly from you when you buy, sign up, fill in a form or message us. We also collect it automatically when you use our websites, and from our service providers, such as Stripe confirming a payment or Meta reporting on an ad you clicked.

How we use it

We use your information to:

process your order and give you access to your products and the members portal

manage subscriptions, including renewal reminders and cancellations

answer your questions and provide support

send you marketing emails, if you’ve agreed to receive them

measure and improve our ads, using the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which share limited purchase and browsing data with Meta

prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We don’t sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you’ve signed up or have otherwise agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we action unsubscribe requests within five business days. You’ll still receive emails about your purchases and account, such as receipts and access details.

Automated replies

Some replies on our website chat and social media messages are generated by an AI assistant. Your message is processed by our software provider to create the reply. You can always ask to speak with a person by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business:

HighLevel (GoHighLevel): customer records, email, checkout, chat and the members portal

Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing

Meta (Facebook and Instagram): advertising measurement and social media messaging

Google: file storage and product delivery

Replit: portal management

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Overseas disclosure

Most of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States, and may also use servers in other countries. When we send your information overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it’s protected to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, remember your preferences and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, restrict access to people who need it, and use secure passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is generally five years in Australia. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re in the UK or EU

You also have the right to:

ask us to delete your information

object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it

receive a copy of your information in a portable format

withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

We rely on these legal grounds to use your information:

Contract: to deliver what you’ve bought

Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies

Legitimate interests: for running and improving our business and ads

Legal obligation: for tax and accounting records

You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
