Your 60-day guarantee. If you’re not happy with Loot Digital Products for any reason, email [email protected] within 60 days of purchase and we’ll refund what you paid for the main product, order bumps and upsells. You don’t need to give a reason.
Sunday Club. You can cancel your Sunday Club membership at any time from the stripe customer portal or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you’re on a free trial and cancel before it ends, you won’t be charged.
Done-for-you custom work. Once work on your custom build has started, you can’t get a refund just because you’ve changed your mind. Our guarantee covers the work itself: if what we deliver isn’t what we agreed to, we’ll fix it. Your business results depend on many things outside our control, so we don’t guarantee them.
How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method, unless you choose another option.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure isn’t major, you’re entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time, and if that doesn’t happen, to a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, which continue after the 60-day guarantee ends. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws, and nothing here limits them either.
